HOUSE RULES
Dear Guests,
The staff of Park Hotel**** Bükfürdő is committed to making your stay with us as comfortable and pleasant as possible. To ensure this, we
kindly ask you to observe the following rules during your stay, primarily in consideration of the other guests of the hotel:
BEHAVIOR IN THE HOTEL
• We expect our guests to behave in a civilized manner and to observe the basic rules of communal living. Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests. Between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. special attention is required; loud behavior should be avoided during these hours.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel! In case of violation – especially smoking in the rooms – the hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty fee of €100 per incident. Guests who smoke may do so only in the designated smoking area, 5 meters away from the hotel entrance.
• It is forbidden to remove hotel furnishings or equipment from the rooms or hotel premises! Stolen items (e.g. towels, kitchen utensils, or any equipment found in the rooms) will result in a police report being filed.
• Hotel property must be used properly and only for its intended purpose. In case of damage, the person responsible or their legal representative is obliged to pay compensation.
• Bringing alcoholic beverages into the hotel is not allowed! For any alcohol brought in – regardless of the quantity – a €30 service fee will be charged to your room account. Any violations detected by housekeeping staff during daily cleaning will be reported to the reception. Guests under 18 years of age are not served alcoholic drinks or energy drinks anywhere in the hotel, nor are they permitted to consume them.
RESTAURANT
• Access to the restaurant and communal areas is permitted only in appropriate streetwear. Entry in swimwear, bare-chested, or otherwise uncovered is prohibited.
• It is forbidden to take food, beverages, or restaurant equipment out of the restaurant. It is also forbidden to bring in outside food or drink. Exceptions are made only for guests with special dietary needs.
• Food allergies: Our hotel can provide lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian meals. Please inform us of your special dietary requirements prior to arrival.
VISITORS
Only guests registered at the reception are allowed in the hotel rooms. Visitors must be received in the reception area.
SAFETY
• For security and property protection, electronic surveillance operates in the hotel’s public areas.
• Lost and found items must be handed in at the reception!
• Compliance with fire safety and accident prevention regulations is mandatory for all guests!
• For damages caused by misuse of the fire alarm system, the responsible guest or their legal representative will be held liable for €100.
This also applies to fire alarms triggered by smoking in prohibited areas.
• It is forbidden to store flammable or explosive materials in the hotel room, or to operate private devices such as coffee makers, kettles, irons, or other electrical appliances.
• A floor plan can be found on your room door; the red arrow shows the direction to the emergency exit. In case of fire, please leave your room and the building following this route.
• The hotel reserves the right to immediately terminate the accommodation contract if the guest does not use the room
(or other areas of the hotel) properly, or if they fail to comply with the hotel’s behavior and safety regulations.
Finally, we kindly ask our valued guests to immediately report any comments or concerns regarding the hotel’s operation, your room, or
the behavior of other guests to the reception desk, so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are unable to effectively
handle complaints made after departure.
