Room information
ADAPTER:
220V/50Hz alternating voltage (AC) is available everywhere in the building. An adapter for other voltages can be requested at the reception free of charge.
BED, MATTRESS:
The double bed in each of our rooms is 160×200 cm in size, with a 23 cm thick pocket spring mattress. Our sofa beds are of different sizes, in some rooms they have a sleeping surface of 106×210 cm, in other rooms they have a sleeping surface of 163×210 cm.
DOOR LOCK OPERATION:
The doors of our hotel rooms are equipped with a proximity card-operated lock. The door can only be opened with a card: by bringing the card close to the switch and touching it, a green light on the switch flashes for a few seconds, at which point the door can be opened. From the inside, the door can be opened at any time using the door handle. If you are in your room, place the card in the card holder on the wall next to the door, which ensures that the room is supplied with electricity. If you turn the button under the door handle to the horizontal position, the external switch next to the door in the hallway will light up red, indicating that the room is occupied. To close the door, please do not press the handle down, but pull it in with a stronger movement. Please always take your card with you when leaving the room and check that the room door is properly closed. There is also a manually rotating safety lock on the door lock. If you put this in the locked position, our housekeeping staff will not be able to open the door.
GIFT VOUCHER:

CAR RENTAL:

BED LINEN CHANGE:
We change our guests’ bed linen twice a week. If required, a daily change is also possible for a fee. Please contact our reception colleagues.
BABY-FRIENDLY SERVICES:
Depending on our available capacity, we can provide the following equipment: high chair, baby bed, baby bath, baby monitor and night light, toilet seat and changing table. Please contact the reception with your request.
BANK, ATM:
There are several ATMs in our city, the nearest one is OTP Bank (Termál krt 1) located 2 minutes from the main entrance of the hotel, next to the winter main entrance of Bükfürdő Thermal & Spa. Please contact the reception for directions!
ENTRANCE:
You can freely enter the main entrance of the hotel at any time of the day.
CHECK-IN:
The room can be occupied from 14:00. Depending on the hotel’s free capacity, you can check in earlier or leave your luggage in the luggage storage. According to the Hungarian Government Decree 584/2021. (X. 14.) published on 14.10.2021, a valid photo ID and address card are required upon check-in. The ID cards scanned digitally at the reception will be recorded in the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA) system for a maximum of two years. In the absence of a document, the hotel is obliged to refuse accommodation services.
PETROL STATION:
The nearest gas station (AVIA) is located 1.1 km from our hotel on the main road between Bük and Bő, to which our reception can provide directions.
ENVELOPE, NOTEPAPER, FOLDER:
A notepad and pen are provided in the room. If you would like notepaper or an envelope, please ask our reception colleagues.
BIBLE:
You can request a Bible at the reception.
SHOE SHOES:
You will find a shoe horn on a hanger next to the room door.
SHOE SHINE MACHINE:
The shoe shine machine is located on the first floor of the hotel.
SHOE CARE PRODUCTS, SHOE CLEANING:
You can request a cloth or wax suitable for shoe care at the reception. If required, our housekeeping staff will be happy to clean your shoes. You can request this service at the reception.
LUGGAGE STORAGE:
In case of early arrival/late check-out, we will store our guests’ luggage in our luggage room free of charge until the room is occupied/departure. Please keep the inspection slip provided to you until you receive your package.
LUGGAGE DELIVERY:
Our reception will arrange for the delivery of your packages within the hotel area free of charge upon request, both during check-in and check-out.
ANTI-SLIP:
You will find the anti-slip mat in the bottom drawer of the wardrobe in the bathroom.
DRESS CODE, DRESS PROTOCOL:
When using our services, please choose an outfit that is appropriate for the occasion. Appropriate clothing greatly contributes to the beautiful, sophisticated environment that we want to provide for our guests.
WAKE UP:
A 24-hour wake-up service can be requested at the reception, please dial extension 1000.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING:
It is also possible to charge electric cars in the hotel’s parking lot. Please ask our receptionist for the magnetic card for the device. The service is free of charge for our hotel guests.
ELECTRIC BIKE / SCOOTER CHARGER:
It is possible to charge electrical devices in the hotel parking lot. The power outlet can be found on the side of the building in the parking lot.
UMBRELLA:
If you need an umbrella, you can ask our receptionist for it free of charge. We charge a deposit of 1,000 HUF for the umbrella.
MEALS:
Our hotel provides a rich breakfast every day from 7:00 to 10:00. The form of the meal may vary depending on the occupancy of the hotel. It is possible to have a buffet-style meal or an A’la carte breakfast. (In case of individual group requests, it is also possible to have an earlier or later meal.) In the hotel restaurant, we present a seasonal half-board dinner between 18:00 and 21:00. Guests with food intolerances are asked to coordinate their requests with the catering staff in advance!
BAR:
The hotel has a bar open every day of the week between 09:00 and 21:00. You can find information about the drink menu at the end of the room information and also at the bar.
RESTAURANT:
The hotel restaurant can accommodate 80 people at a time. Please choose an appropriate dress code for the occasion. The flavors and raw materials of Vas County play a prominent role in the dinner menu. Our buffet-style dinner is available from Thursday to Sunday, and during peak periods between 18:00 and 21:00.
EXPRESS IRONING:
In case of urgent need, an ironing service can be requested within one hour. Please call the reception on extension 1000! The price of the service: 1,000 HUF / piece of clothing. Of course, you can also request an ironing board and iron for your room. Our colleagues will be happy to assist you.
EXTRA BLANKET, PILLOW:
In addition to the pillows and blankets in your room, we offer special-filled bed linen for your comfort. Please contact our hotel reception, our colleagues will be happy to assist you in selecting the right pillow and blanket.
Comfort pillow: A medium-hardness combined foam layer pillow, which provides ideal support.
Anti-allergic pillow: The design of the pillow provides perfect support for the spine.
Feather pillow: A goose-feather filled pillow for a perfect sleep! Its anti-allergenic filling ensures perfect peace.
NIGHT REST:
We ask that you refrain from noisy activities after 10:00 PM, in order to preserve the peace of our guests!
COPYING FACILITIES:
A photocopying service is available for a fee. The service is available at the reception.
PAYMENT METHODS:
In our hotel you can pay with cash (HUF, EUR), bank and credit cards (VISA, Maestro, Eurocard/Mastercard), any Széchenyi Pihenő card and gift vouchers issued by the hotel. Subsequent payment by bank transfer is only available to our contracted partners. For corporate contracts, please contact our sales manager ([email protected]). Our hotel does not accept AMEX bank cards.
BATHING AID:
It is available in the room for our guests. In case of loss, we will charge compensation!
HEATING:
Environmental protection is of paramount importance to the hotel management, so the air conditioning system, operated with the help of renewable energy sources, helps to achieve the optimal temperature in the room. The system is operated centrally, but if desired, you can also set the temperature that suits you personally. Please note that the doors and windows of the rooms are equipped with opening sensors, so the air conditioning system is automatically deactivated when open.
WEEKLY AND DAILY NEWSPAPERS:
Current weekly and daily newspapers can be found in the lobby.
HYGIENE:
The following products are available at the reception of our hotel for a fee: toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, ear cleaner, cotton ball, handkerchief, sanitary napkin, condom, hand towel.
The following products will be placed in your room free of charge: nail file, body lotion, soap, shower gel and shampoo, shower cap. If you need a replacement during your stay, please contact our cleaning colleagues or notify the reception.
TIME ZONE:
Hungary belongs to the Central European Time Zone, which is 1 hour ahead of the agreed coordinated universal time. You can ask our reception for the exact time.
INFORMATION MATERIALS:
Our reception provides more information about our city and its surroundings, as well as various program options. A wide range of information materials is also available free of charge.
INTERNET, WIFI:
In our rooms, lobby and common areas, if you use your own browsing device, broadband wireless internet is free of charge. The SMART televisions in the room are also suitable for browsing and streaming services. To connect, you must select the Park Hotel network and you can connect using the following password: ParkHotel2025. A secure wired connection is also available in our apartments.
DRINKING WATER:
The hotel has a central water softening system. The water flowing from the tap is suitable for human consumption!
OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS, ENTRANCE PURCHASES:

ICE:
Please call the reception if you would like to order ice for your room.
“DO NOT DISTURB!” CARD:
If you do not want to be disturbed, please hang the red “Do not disturb” door handle card on your room door. The same card is also used to request daily cleaning.
AIR CONDITIONING:
The temperature of the air conditioning in the room can be changed as required. Please contact the reception for assistance. The air conditioning only works when the doors and windows are closed.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION:

CAMERA SYSTEM:
For the safety of our guests, a camera surveillance system is in place in the communal areas of our building (communal areas, hotel entrance, hotel corridors, terrace, restaurant) and in the parking areas.

You can also store your own sports equipment in our closed and camera-monitored bicycle storage. Ask our reception colleagues for the storage key.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER:
The hotel’s parking lot also offers the possibility of charging electric cars. Please ask our receptionist for the magnetic card for the device. The service is free of charge for our hotel guests.
CHECK-OUT:
The hotel room is available until 10:00 on the day of travel. Please contact the reception if you wish to check out later.

DOGS AND OTHER SMALL ANIMALS:
Pets are not allowed in our hotel, we thank you for your understanding! If you violate this policy without consulting the hotel staff, the hotel may demand compensation.
VISITORS:
We ask our dear guests to receive their visitors in the hotel’s communal areas. Guests may only enter the hotel room after checking in at the reception and may not stay in the room after 8:00 p.m. In case of violation of this, the reception will charge the accommodation fee according to the price list valid at all times
SCALE:
You can request a bathroom scale at the reception.
MINIBAR: The minibar products in the room are provided free of charge. The first refill is free of charge, each subsequent refill costs 9,500 HUF. Our housekeeping colleagues check the current status of the minibar every day and ensure that it is refilled upon request. The minibar refill includes the following: 1 Jagermeister, 1 Unicum, 2 beers, 1 still and 1 carbonated mineral water, Snickers and salty peanuts.
LAUNDRY: We provide laundry and ironing services for our guests. If the linen to be cleaned is delivered before 9:00, you can pick it up from our receptionist on the same day (except weekends). The hygienic bag required for washing can be found in the two-door wardrobe on the second shelf (above the safe). Please fill in your room number and name accurately on the washing bag.
MOBILE PHONE:
Mobile phones can be used throughout our hotel. However, we ask our dear guests to refrain from using their mobile phones in our hotel restaurant. For the comfort of our guests, excessively loud ringing should also be avoided. If you did not bring a charger for your device, please contact the reception, where you can request a charger for several types for free use.
MUSEUMS:
Vas county is rich in cultural program opportunities. Ask our receptionist colleagues for help.
PUBLIC PHONE:
A telephone call can also be made at the reception; our receptionist staff will be happy to provide further information regarding call charges. If you would like to make a call from your room using the telephone provided there, please call the reception on extension 1000.
PRINTING:
Our hotel also offers the possibility of personal and secure printing. We have a separate printer and computer for guests to use for these tasks. You can inquire about the current rates and printing options with our reception colleagues.
DOCTOR, PHARMACIST:
In justified cases, basic, over-the-counter medications (e.g. fever and painkillers) can be found at the reception of our hotel. In case of health problems, please contact our reception colleagues, who will be happy to provide information about the healthcare options available in the town. Thermometers and plasters can also be requested at the reception. The nearest emergency medical service is located a 5-minute drive from our hotel (Bük, Eötvös u. 8.), while the nearest pharmacy can be found next to the emergency medical service at Bük, Eötvös u. 6.

PARKING:
Our hotel’s private parking lot, monitored 24 hours a day, is available free of charge. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to the car.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE:
Payment in Euro banknotes and cash is possible at the reception, however, there is no possibility to exchange money in our hotel. Please note that in case of payment in foreign currency, the current exchange rate of MKB Bank is the valid one, and the refund will be given in HUF. Our hotel accepts only paper banknotes in case of foreign currencies. Our reception colleagues will be happy to provide information about banks and money changers in the city, as well as their opening hours.
POST OFFICE:
The nearest post office is a five-minute drive from the main entrance of the hotel (Bük, Eötvös u. 4.), but you can also hand over your postcards and letters to our reception staff. You can also receive your mail here.
ADDITIONAL CARD:
A supplementary card for your room can be requested free of charge at the reception.
RADIO:
The television in the room is suitable for receiving radio broadcasts.
SPORTS:
Ask our receptionists about the possibility of using the sports equipment and sports tables located on the hotel premises. You can rent table tennis, football and basketball, badminton and Nordic walking equipment.
ROOM CREDIT:
Our guests do not need to pay for the paid services used on the hotel premises immediately. They only need to prove the room number by showing their room key and then consider the invoice accepted by signing it. The total charges will be paid in one lump sum at the reception upon departure.

ROOM DARKNESS:
We believe that perfect darkness is an indispensable part of true sleeping comfort, so all our apartments provide a blackout service. You will always find blackout curtains and electric shutters on the windows and doors of the room to achieve perfect comfort.
CLEANING:
The rooms are cleaned daily. Our maids clean between 8:00 and 16:30. Please indicate your cleaning request to the maid by hanging a sign on the door handle. If you would like to rest, please indicate this with the side of the sign that says “Please do not disturb!”. You will find the door handle card in your room, hanging on the hanger. We charge an extra cleaning fee if there is dirt on the furniture, carpet, textiles, or curtains of the room that cannot be cleaned with normal cleaning. If you require, it is also possible to change the bed linen daily; please inquire at the reception about the fee! If you would like to change towels, we will do so free of charge. In such cases, please place the textile you wish to change at the bottom of the shower. Your bed linen will be changed every fourth day without request. If you do not wish to request this, please inform our colleagues. Of course, it is also possible to change the bed linen multiple times for an additional fee. Please inquire at the reception about the current fee. You can also request an extra blanket or pillow. If you have such a need, please contact our colleagues!
FOUND ITEMS:
We keep found items left in the hotel room or in the building in general for 6 months. Within this time, we can mail them upon request, after paying the postage in advance. If you have provided your phone number on the reporting form, we can also notify you by phone about the item forgotten in the room.
SPARE LAMP:
If you consider that the room lighting is not adequate for you to perform certain tasks, you can rent a reading lamp. Please contact our reception colleagues.
TAXI:
Our colleagues can call you a taxi at any time.
PHONE CHARGER:
We can provide several types of phone chargers for our guests at the reception.
TELEVISION:
The smart televisions in the rooms are suitable for both external and internal communication. Thanks to our broadband internet, it is also perfect for browsing, streaming services and running other applications. You can access the program selection via the television menu.

Upon request, our guests’ towels are changed daily. Please inquire at the reception. Please place the textile you want to change on the shower tray.
TRANSFER:
We provide a transfer for our hotel guests between the airports and the Park Hotel. Please inquire at the reception about the rates. If you would like to travel within the city, we will order a taxi to the hotel entrance at your request at the reception.
SEWING KIT:
We have prepared your sewing kit in the wardrobe in your room on the second shelf, next to the laundry bag. If you need it again, please let our cleaning colleagues know.

If you need sewing service, please let us know at the reception. Our hotel has a partnership agreement with a local sewing shop, where your textiles will be made.
FLOWERS:
Flowers and bouquets can be ordered through the reception.
WELLNESS:
Our sauna and jacuzzi can be used for a fee. If you would like to rent the room privately, please contact our reception colleagues.
COMPLAINTS, COMMENTS:
If you have any complaints or comments about anything during your stay, please let us know at the reception!
COMPLAINT:
If you are not satisfied with any of our services, please immediately contact the employees of the relevant department, the manager or report the problem at the reception. We are unable to accept subsequent complaints upon check-out or departure. Thank you for your understanding!

Fire safety regulations
SMOKING, TOBACCO PRODUCTS: Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms, corridors and in the restaurant! If the fire alarm system indicates a room fire, and it is demonstrably caused by the Guest’s negligence (smoking, use of open flames), the full cost of the Fire Department’s official procedure in force at that time will be borne by the Guest! The designated smoking area is located at the back entrance of the restaurant.
FIRE PROTECTION: In order to prevent fires, the use of personal electrical appliances (e.g. coffee makers, electric kettles, irons) in the rooms is not permitted. Fire alarms and powder extinguishers have been installed in the building. There is a smoke detector in the rooms. In the event of a fire, our guests will be warned by a siren. In such a case, we ask you to leave the building according to the escape route posted in the rooms. Please always turn off electrical appliances when leaving the room.
FIRE PROTECTION REGULATIONS
Inflammable and explosive materials (e.g. PB gas cylinders) must not be brought into the hotel area.
The entire width of the traffic routes and exits must be kept clear at all times.
The room and its equipment may only be used for their intended purpose.
It is FORBIDDEN to use electrical heat generators in the room!
Smoking and open flames are NOT allowed in the room!
Before leaving the room, please make sure that there are no fire-causing substances left in the room (e.g. burning tobacco, switched-on electrical appliances, etc.)
