Tour on the Rába

Thanks to its rich natural resources, Vas county offers water-loving hikers ideal solutions. The Rába reaching the Danube in Győr is among the very few whitewater rivers in Hungary, and most of it meanders in Vas. The perfect choice for canoeing is the section of the Rába between Szentgotthárd and Sárvár, where there is no boat traffic, thus it offers undisturbed excitements. But always stay cautious!
